Training of teachers to become multipliers in teacher training in the professional field of construction technology.
The sustainable social and economic development of Kosovo is, among other things, the focus of the cooperation between Baden-Württemberg and Kosovo.
One area of cooperation is the further development of vocational training with a view to more workplace-oriented didactics. Based on a teacher qualification in the professional field of construction technology in the years 2016 to 2018, these teachers are trained to become multipliers. At the end of the qualification, they will design and implement advanced training courses for teachers from other vocational schools in Kosovo and transfer the didactic knowledge to other professional fields.
1. Training
Contents: Specification of the curricula, elaboration of material distribution plans, cooperative lesson planning, implementation and reflection.
2. Training
Contents: Conception of advanced training courses, adult didactic impulses as well as the cooperative planning of advanced training events (advanced trainers from Baden-Württemberg and teachers from Skenderaj).
3. Training
Contents: Implementation of the jointly planned further training in tandem (one teacher each from Baden-Württemberg and one from CoC Skenderaj) with observation and subsequent reflection.
4. Training
Contents: Conception of an advanced training course on the topic of “workplace-oriented lesson planning” (the didactic concept of action-based orientation with the focus on interlinking theory and practice) – transfer to other professional fields.
5. Training
Contents: Conception and implementation of a training event for colleagues from other vocational schools in Kosovo in the field of construction technology on the subject of: “Creating teaching materials close to the workplace”. Implementation of a nationwide working group to develop teaching materials.
