- Didactic qualification of Kosovan teachers for the development of teaching materials,
- Implementation of a regular working group for the collaborative development of teaching materials in Albanian in the occupational field of construction engineering,
- Creation of a didactically prepared compendium in the field of construction for students, including worksheets with tasks and problems related to the workplace at different taxonomy levels,
- Development of an exchange platform with teaching materials in Albanian, which is available to all teachers and students from the construction sector in Kosovo.
The sustainable social and economic development of Kosovo is, among other things, the focus of cooperation between Baden-Wuerttemberg and Kosovo.
One area of cooperation is the further development of vocational training with regard to stronger workplace-oriented didactics.
Based on a teacher qualification in the professional field of construction technology in the years 2016 to 2018, these teachers were trained as multipliers.
An important step for the consistent further development of teaching quality in Kosovo is the development of didactically high-quality teaching materials and the use of digital media for teaching.
- For this purpose, the teachers in Skenderaj are to be further qualified first, in order to be able to become effective as multipliers in Kosovo in this area as well.
- After the qualification of the teachers of the Center of Competences Skenderaj (CoC), the teachers of other vocational schools with a focus on construction technology on the subject of “development of teaching materials” are cooperatively trained by teachers from Baden-Wuerttemberg and the multipliers from Skenderaj.
- Following the further training, a countrywide working group consisting of teachers from all vocational schools with construction technology in Kosovo will be set up and systematically supported under the leadership of the Kosovan Ministry of Education.
- These teachers are to create teaching materials for various fields of study and make them available to all teachers of construction technology in Kosovo.
- Kick-off event
- Participants: Responsible persons of the Ministry of Education, the Agency for Vocational Education, the school management and teachers of the Center of Competences Skenderaj (CoC).
- Goal: Coordination of the project goals, the content and the planned procedure.
- Further training of the teachers of the CoC Skenderaj
Creation of teaching materials under the following aspects:- work-related tasks and problems at different taxonomy levels,
- linking theoretical and practical teaching content,
- digital provision of materials for students with suitable work assignments.
- Further training for teachers from other vocational schools in the field of construction
- Cooperative preparation of the training and implementation (Baden-Wuerttemberg teachers with the teachers of the CoC Skenderaj).
- Implementation of a nationwide working group for the collaborative development of teaching materials.
- Assignment of work orders to various subgroups.
